Apparently, Tommy bought 25% each from former owners Josip Svagu\u0161a and former Mrs. Svagu\u0161a. <!--more--><br \/>\nThe exact amount for which Mr Mami\u0107 bought the share was not disclosed but the press is reporting that the sale was a request by now former owners Svagu\u0161a, who were reported as unwilling or unable to follow their new partner in plans for company development.<br \/>\nMr Mami\u0107 stated that they were \u201cdissatisfied by growth and development of Bobis\u201d, because \u201csynergies with Tommy were not optimally utilized\u201d. \u201cIt was clear that further Bobis development was hindered in a way by the structure of ownership and financial potential of some stakeholders\u201d, said Mr Mami\u0107.<br \/>\nWhen Tommy bought into Bobis, the investment was used to cover obligations and pay the suppliers, and the rest was used for current operations.
