The contract covers revision of M84 tanks. The tanks to be revised will be delivered in the last quarter of 2018. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.poslovni.hr\/domace-kompanije\/specijalna-vozila-sklopila-s-ministarstvom-obrane-ugovor-vrijedan-10-milijuna-kuna-337292\">company stated<\/a> that this contract provides continuity in providing general revision of tanks of the Croatian Armed Forces. <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">\u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jutarnji.hr\/biznis\/tvrtke\/sklopili-novi-ugovor-za-servis-tenkova-s-morh-om-slavonskobrodski-div-u-vojnom-segmentu-danas-ostvaruje-jako-skromne-prihode\/7009191\/\">signs such contracts<\/a> with the MoD on annual basis. In 2017 the contract was worth Kn 8 million. The company from Slavonski Brod, whose largest shareholder is the state, produced more than 700 M84\u2019s since mid-eighties. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">Last year, defense contracts accounted for only 6.75% of \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107\u2019s revenue, as the company lost a Kn 100 million bid to the Israeli UT 30 Mk2 Fire Station for its armored battle vehicles. \u0110\u0110\u2019s fire station, developed with Kongsberg from Norway, went unused. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">The Special Vehicles division is the flagship of \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107, employing most peole in the group, 546, and generally accounting for most of the revenue. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 Special Vehicles, a part of the \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 Group, concluded a new contract with the Ministry of Defence worth Kn 10 million.
