Ireland did best, with monthly growth of 10.6%, followed by Denmark, with 2.8% and Croatia with 2.7%. This is almost two times the 1.4% growth recorded in September.<!--more--><br \/>\nThe biggest monthly drop was recorded in Malta, -6.1%, followed by Portugal, -2.3% and The Netherlands, -1.8% down.<br \/>\nOn EU level, adjusted industrial production in October grew by 0.3% compared to September, when it went half a percent down.<br \/>\nThe biggest sectoral growth was recorded in production of non-durable consumer goods, whereas the production of durable consumer goods went down by -1.7%.<br \/>\nIn the Eurozone, industrial production went 0.2% up compared to September 2017, when it went down the EU average -0.5%.
