Jamnica, \u017ditnjak, Ledo, Tisak, Belje, PIK Vinkovci and Vupik announced that Ramljak asked for assemblies to be held within ten days from a call to shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>He also proposed the agenda, including the report of the Supervisory Board on oversight of operations in 2016, managements and auditors\u2019 annual reports for 2016, annual financial reports, consolidated financial reports for 2016, and decisions on clearances to be given to management and supervisory boards.<\/p>\n<p>Also, all companies are expected to decide on covering the losses in 2016, and nomination of auditors for 2017.<\/p>\n<p>According to revised audits, Jamnica\u2019s consolidated loss for 2016 was Kn &#8211; 255.6 million, Tisak lost Kn &#8211; 388 million, Ledo Kn \u2013 270, Belje Kn \u2013 45 million, \u017ditnjak Kn &#8211; 29.8 million, PIK Vrbovci Kn \u2013 233 milion, and PIK Vrbovec Kn \u2013 8 million.<\/p>\n<p>For Belje and Vupik Mr Ramljak is proposing to appoint special auditors to audit the companies\u2019 operations \u201c<strong>with particular emphasis on operations concerning the largest individual shareholder Agrokor d.d.\u201d<\/strong>.
