According to Slovenian Minister of Economy, Mr. Zdravko Po\u010dival\u0161ek, the decision is \u201cprofessionally sound\u201d. However, Slovenian media report on surprise behind the scenes, since Mr. Planteu is a relatively unknown name, and has never been at the helm of a larger company.<\/p>\n<p>Slovenian Parliament has recently adopted an act protecting public interest in Mercator, connected to the Agrokor upheavals.
