ZSE: Analysts Expect Crobex to Stabilize

After Crobex indices sank sharply on Tuesday, CROBEX by 2.34% to 1,842 points, and CROBEX10 by 1.,83% to 1,069 points, analysts interviewed by HINA expect the indices to stabilize.

The most liquid stock was Valamar Riviera with Kn 5.77 turnover, losing 1.64% to close at Kn 41.90. Second was ZaBa regular, with Kn 1.8 million turnover, losing 3.08% to close at Kn. 56.60. Atlantska Plovidba lost even more, 3.08% closing at Kn 620 at Kn 1.6 million volume. AD Plastika was the last share that traded for more than a million, losing 2.93% to close at Kn 182.

Out of 63 shares traded, 46 lost value, five gained, and 12 remained level. The largest loss was on Jamnica share, dropping 11,37% to Kn 4.52.

Volume of trading in regular shares went up to Kn 17.7 million, Kn 10.2 million up from this Monday. This was considered good volume since the ZSE has been seeing average daily volumes of Kn. 5 – 6 million over the past couple of months.

Analysts linked the drop to the sharp decline of Wall Street indices on Monday, when both CROBEX’s went down by around 3%, but they managed to recover a bit during the day.
