AD Plastika won a nomination to produce side protectors and protective decoration for doors on a new Ford mini-SUV, as well as window guides for a number of PSA Group vehicles. The production is to start in 2019 and 2020, respectively. The Ford contract is reported to be worth over EUR 80 million over eight years, and the PSA contract should bring EUR 12.8 million over six years.

The Solin company is also hoping to return to its traditional Russian market, through a series of new contracts with international companies there. So AD Plastika Kaluga won a nomination to produce handles for VW Polo and VW Rapid over the period of seven years, starting in 2019, and for production of grids for Renault over three years starting in 2020.

Apart from that, it reached an agreement with Renault Russia on production of exterior parts Logan Sandero, Stepway, and Duster 2. These cars will be intended for Russian and Brazilian markets, going on for three years starting in 2019. Total value of all Russian contracts is expected to be around EUR 8.3 million.

In 2017 AD Plastik Group saw an increase in business revenue of 16.15% to Kn 1.09 billion, accounting for a record net profit of Kn 68.24 million.
